2009

In October, in the study of Standard & Poor’s on informational transparency of Kazakhstan companies in 2009, Development Bank of Kazakhstan got the first place as the most transparent company from among 8 non-public companies in SAMRUK-KAZYNA Group.

On April 28, in Muskat (Oman) during the Annual Meeting of the Association of Development Financing Institutions in Asia and the Pacific (ADFIAP) the project of the Development Bank of Kazakhstan on construction a garbage recycling plant of Vtorma Ecology Ltd. was recognized as the best project in Infrastructure Development. In addition, the Annual Report of the Bank was recognized as the best annual report among the members of the Association.

2008

Development Bank of Kazakhstan was recognized as the Best Taxpayer in Astana following the results of year 2007.

During the Annual Meeting of the Association of Development Financing Institutions in Asia and the Pacific (ADFIAP) two projects of the Development Bank of Kazakhstan were given awards in the nomination of “The Best Projects in Innovation and Technology Development”. These projects comply with the strategic economic development goals of energy saving and creation of transport-logistic network in Kazakhstan.

2007

The international financial edition "Euromoney" conferred the Bank with the title of “A Leading Bank in Corporate Governance in Emerging Europe”.

The ADFIAP granted the award in the nomination of “The Best Project in Technologies Development” for the project “Industrial complex Bioxim” financed by the Bank.

2006

In the nomination of “The Best Infrastructural Project of the Asian-Pacific Region” ADFIAP recognized two projects financed by the Bank: the project of Transtelecom JSC for construction of fiber-optic communication line between Astana and Almaty and the project of KEGOC JSC for construction of the second 500 KV North–South Electricity Transmission line.

2005

The Bank was awarded the title of The Most Dynamic Development Bank in the World from the international financial edition “Euromoney”.

2004

The project for the Construction of Quay, Road and Wite within Development Base for Support of Marine Operations in Tupkaragansky Gulf financed by the Bank received the award in the nomination of “The Best Infrastructural Project in the Asian-Pacific Region”.
