In its lending activity the Bank follows the policy of socially-responsible investing. Thus, according to the Memorandum of Credit Policy, the Bank is prohibited from financing production of such products as weapon, alcohol products, drugs, tobacco products, and explosives.

The special attention is paid to creating ecologically-clean productions and financing projects aimed at establishing enterprises using alternative sources of energy («Biochim» complex for bioethanol production, project of the Vtorma Ecology Co. LLP for construction of a waste-processing complex).

As a result of operations of the commissioned enterprises financed by the Bank new working places are created and additional payments to the state and municipal budgets are made.
