On October 10, 2002 the Bank issued and placed the first tranche of the BankпїЅs five-year Eurobonds to the amount of 100 million USD with 7.125% coupon rate (ISIN: XS0155792186) under the Euro Medium Term Note Program for the years 2003-2005 to the amount of 400 million USD (hereinafter referred to as the пїЅEMTN ProgramпїЅ). On October 10, 2007 the first tranche of the Eurobonds was repaid in full.
- Under the EMTN Program on November 12, 2003 the Bank issued and placed ten-year Eurobonds to the amount of 100 million USD with the coupon rate of 7.375% (ISIN: XS0179958805);
- On June 3, 2005 under the EMTN Program the Bank issued and placed Eurobonds of the third tranche to the amount of 100 million USD with 6.5% coupon rate and a 15-year maturity term (ISIN: XS0220743776);
- On November 28, 2005 the ShareholdersпїЅ General Meeting made a decision to renew and prolong the EMTN Program by bringing the amount of Program to 1 billion USD and extending the term of the Program until 2011. On March 23, 2006 under the renewed EMTN Program the Bank issued the Eurobonds of the fourth tranche to the amount of 150 million USD with the coupon rate of 6% and the maturity in 2026 (ISIN: XS0248160102).
The domestic five-year indexed coupon bonds of the first issue to the amount of 4.5 billion Tenge (National Identification Number: KZ2CKY05A473) were fully repaid on February 15, 2007. The report on the results of the repayment of the domestic bonds of the first issue has been approved by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Markets and Financial Organisations.
December 9, 2010 Bank has issued and placed 5-year Eurobonds for the amount U.S.$ 500 million under the EMTN program maturing December 2015, with coupon paying 5.5%
