Annual Financial Reports

The Development Bank of Kazakhstan constantly supports its high level of financial transparency for all parties interested in the financial performance of the Bank.

Since 2004 the Bank has been drawing up its financial statements in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). The full versions of the quarterly and annual financial statements of the Bank prepared in accordance with IFRS are regularly placed on the web-site. Furthermore, quarterly and annual financial statements of the Bank are regularly published on the web-site of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE).

Since 2008 independent external audit of the Bank’s financial statements has been carried out by the authoritative international company KPMG, which is selected annually on the competitive basis. Opinions and assessments of external auditors concerning the financial results of the Bank are a reflection of their own point of view and not necessarily coincide with the opinion of the Bank.
