The Development Bank of Kazakhstan recognizes the whole significance of providing the sole shareholder and all other stakeholders of the Bank with accurate and reliable information on the performance of the Bank. One of the main principles of the Bank is availability, timeliness, and completeness of information disclosure.

Following these principles the Bank regularly publishes on the web-site its quarterly and annual audited financial statements, as well as quarterly and annual reports on the Bank performance.

For convenience of the present and prospective investors the information on the Bank’s credit ratings, including credit reports of the rating agencies, full versions of the base prospectuses of debt issues, information on security issues, etc. are regularly updated on the web-site.

The Bank follows the policy of the informing stakeholders of all major corporate events, which are defined by the Code of Corporate Governance of the Development Bank of Kazakhstan as reorganizations, settlement of large transactions, increases of the charter capital, amendments to the Bank’s Charter, and other issues of the principal importance for the Bank’s performance.
