Guarantees

According to the Law “On the Development Bank of Kazakhstan”, one of the strategic goals of the Bank is to stimulate lending of the industrial sector of Kazakhstan’s economy by issuing guarantee liabilities with regard to borrowings and loans extended by other lending institutions.

Therefore, the Bank offers the services of issuing guarantees, warranties and other obligations for legal entities providing realization in monetary form. Procedures and conditions of granting of the Bank’s guarantees are stated in the Memorandum of Credit Policy of the Bank.
