Foreign exchange control

The Development Bank of Kazakhstan fulfills the functions of a foreign currency control agent for its clients and controls their observance of the currency legislation of Kazakhstan:

- Consulting clients on drawing up foreign trade contracts in compliance with the currency legislation;
- Giving recommendations on the use of international payment methods in international trade transactions;
- Giving free consultations on the currency legislation at any stage of the project’s implementation, including analysis of complex and non-standard cases;
- Analysis of any type of documents (including draft versions of the documents) stipulating currency transactions that helps to avoid possible infringements of the currency legislation:

• contracts on goods delivery,
• contracts on the delivery of (construction) services, information transfer, the transfer of the intellectual activity products.
