The procurement control service began to work at the "Baiterek" holding

The service intends to identify systemic problems and improve the procurement system in the group of companies of Baiterek holding. It will exercise internal control over the observance of procurement rules, as well as consider complaints from potential suppliers of violations of the rules allowed during procurement. At the same time, CPCS is independent of the Management Board of the Holding and reports directly to the Board of Directors.

Potential suppliers of the Holding Company and its subsidiaries, faced with a violation of the procurement rules, is entitled to challenge the acts or omissions of the customer solutions in CPCS in the manner and terms established by Article 186-4 of the Law "On State Property".

It should be noted that when a complaint is submitted on time, the conclusion of a procurement contract is suspended by the CPCS until the deadline for considering the complaint. Upon confirmation of the facts specified in the complaint, CPCS will take appropriate measures established by law, up to the cancellation of the procurement results.

Timely contact of potential suppliers in CPCS will allow you to quickly respond to mistakes made during the procurement and develop recommendations and mechanisms for their elimination and prevention in the future.

A complaint about actions (inaction), decisions of "Baiterek" NMH" JSC or its procurement subsidiaries can be filed with CPCS at: Republic of Kazakhstan, Z05T2H3, the city of Nur-Sultan, Yesil district, Mangilik El Avenue, building 55 A. Also, a complaint can be submitted through the electronic procurement information system.
