Manufacturing enterprises may receive 62.5 bln tenge at 7% from DBK

Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC announces the availability of funds of 62.5 bln tenge, which manufacturing enterprises can obtain at an affordable rate of up to 7% per annum.

The funds are intended to replenish working capital and support exports of domestic non-resource goods abroad. The allowable loan amount is 1 – 7 bln tenge.

Enterprises can use the funds received to purchase raw materials and supplies, as well as to pay current expenses related to the production.

Loan term – up to one and a half years with the possibility of extending the financing or re-enrolling in the program.

«The aim of this program is to support small and medium-sized enterprises producing high value-added products. The multiplier effect lies not only in supporting the manufacturing industry itself, but also domestic suppliers of related goods and services, i.e. small and medium-sized businesses», says Nurlan Baibazarov, Chairman of the Management Board of DBK.

The program to support enterprises is long-term and will increase the capacity utilization of manufacturing sector enterprises, including those producing export-oriented products. The support will also help retain and grow jobs in the region.
