The Development Bank of Kazakhstan held a meeting of new employees with the Chairman of the Board Marat Yelibayev and the top management of the financial institution. This event became a platform for discussing issues related to the adaptation and expectations of new members of the DBK team.
During the meeting, the employees shared their impressions of the adaptation period and discussed their expectations from working at DBK. The management, in turn, presented the Bank's development strategy and shared its vision of its role in the development of the economy of Kazakhstan.
