DBK Legal Day forum was a kind of seven-hour practical master class from leading practicing lawyers in the financial sector. The format of panel discussions was chosen not by chance, it was in such a friendly and free atmosphere that the participants managed to get answers to all the questions facing the modern Kazakh legal community. Topics for discussion turned out to be extensive, but deep at the same time. During the forum, the participants were able to talk about topical issues related to the financial attractiveness of PPP projects in Kazakhstan, insurance as a way to ensure the fulfillment of obligations, opportunities for the development of banking business, taking into account the current regulation in the country, as well as ways to implement investment projects.
