Alikhan Smailov, Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, presented the staff of Baiterek National Management Holding Company with a new head Nurlan Baybazarov.
Nurlan Baybazarov held responsible positions both in the public service and in the quasi-governmental sector. In particular, he worked in the Ministries of Finance and National Economy, national companies "Kazakhstan Temir Zholy" and "KazMunayGas", Industrial Development Fund. Since November last year, he has been Chairman of the Board of the Development Bank of Kazakhstan.
Alikhan Smailov reminded that in his Address to the Nation the Head of State set the task of transformation and large-scale digitalization of Baiterek Holding's activities.
"As a result, bureaucratic barriers should be eliminated, the terms of consideration of applications should be reduced and the level of awareness of the business community about available support measures should be raised. The new head needs to ensure the realization of the plans outlined," the Prime Minister said.
At the same time, he added that "Baiterek" should intensify work on the development of competitive business, providing citizens with affordable housing and strengthening food security of the Republic.
In conclusion, Prime Minister wished the staff of the holding company successful work in solving all the tasks.
