A. Sarkulov worked in the DBK from March 2007 to February 2017, having worked his way from the Manager of the infrastructure projects lending department to the Deputy Chairman of the Board. From February 2017 to April 2019 A. Sarkulov chaired the executive body of "Damu" Entrepreneurship Fund" JSC.
A. Sarkulov was born on August 13, 1981 in Aktobe region. In 2003 he graduated with honors from the faculty of Economics of Aktobe State University named after K. Zhubanov majoring in "Banking".
A. Sarkulov has extensive experience in the banking sector, starting his professional career in 2002 from the position of a trainee in the branch of "Bank TuranAlem" JSC in Aktobe. In the period from 2003 to 2007 he worked in the capital branch of "Alma-Ata" International Bank" JSC in different positions: from currency operations manager to acting Deputy Director.
In 2016, by the decree of the President of Kazakhstan A. Sarkulov was awarded with "Kurmet" order.
